Return and Refund Policy
This policy describes the conditions under which you may return products ordered from the online store operated by ASIANA-29 Ltd. ("ASINK Tattoo", "we"), with registered office in Sliven, 6 Yane Sandanski St., company registration number 204965954, e-mail contact@asinktattoo.com, tel. +359 892 989 890. It supplements the store's Terms and Conditions.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days of the date you take possession of the product. You may exercise this right using the standard withdrawal form below or by any other unequivocal statement addressed to us.
If we have not fulfilled our legal information obligations, the withdrawal period is extended to one year and 14 days.
When the right of withdrawal does NOT apply
Under consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to:
- sealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been unsealed after delivery;
- products made to your specifications or personalised;
- products which, by their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life;
- products which, after delivery, have been mixed with other products from which they can no longer be separated.
Important: temporary tattoos are sealed hygiene products. If the packaging has been unsealed, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that product.
How to return a product
- Notify us within the 14-day period by e-mail at contact@asinktattoo.com, quoting your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation e-mail).
- Send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
- The product must be returned in unimpaired commercial condition, in its original packaging and with all accessories. You are responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during this period.
Return costs
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by you. We do not refund additional delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive method offered by us.
Refunds
We will refund all amounts received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and at no additional cost to you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Complaints and non-conforming products
Please check the product at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, incomplete or non-conforming, notify us immediately, within 14 days of receipt, with the product and packaging in unimpaired condition. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the returned product and not to refund the amount paid.

Dispute resolution
For any complaint you may contact the competent national consumer protection authority. For disputes concerning online purchases you may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
