Shipping Policy
We deliver the products ordered through our online store by courier in Romania, Greece and Bulgaria.
Courier
We ship parcels by courier (depending on your country: FAN Courier, Sameday, GLS or Cargus in Romania; ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki or ELTA in Greece; Speedy in Bulgaria). Where the courier offers this option, the parcel may be delivered with the open-on-delivery option, so you can make sure you receive exactly the products you ordered.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the location. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are dispatched on the first working day.
If an ordered product is not available in stock, delivery may be delayed; in that case we will notify you by phone, SMS or e-mail. We do not expressly guarantee the availability of the product at the time the order is placed.
Delivery cost
The delivery cost is paid by the customer, according to the courier company's standard tariff, except for the free delivery cases listed below.
- For orders up to €39.99, delivery is paid by the customer.
- For orders over €39.99, delivery is FREE.
If the order is refused at the courier's delivery point, the cost of returning the product in both directions is borne by the customer.
Payment methods
Orders placed through the site can be paid by card online and/or cash on delivery (payment in cash to the courier at the time of delivery). For every order you will receive the corresponding fiscal document, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Checking your parcel
Please check the product at the time of delivery. If the product or its packaging is damaged or does not match your order, notify us immediately at contact@asinktattoo.com.
